Hello folks. Name's Tokromar, and I'm currently checking this site out. Since every good introduction includes some background detail, I'll go ahead and give you a couple paragraphs on just what kind of person I am.
I've been actively roleplaying for about 5 years now. I've pretty much tried every kind of RP, from post by post, to tabletop (Dungeons and Dragons), to in-video game RPing, to LARPING (that was an interesting one). I've been both a player and game master for quite a few projects, some of which have succeeded, some of which have not. I'm currently working on a sci fi RP called Ark Ethos on another forum right now. I actually tried starting a Fate RP of my own about a year ago called Fate/Umbra Wake that flopped because simply not enough of my friends were interested.
I'm a generally big type-moon fan, at least as far as Tsukihime and Fate go. Kara no Kyoukai never caught my attention. I'd say that the Fate Route of F/SN was my favorite, though Unlimited Blade Works comes in a close second.
I'm a fan of fighting games in general. The games I play include Big Bang Beat Revolve, Tekken 6, Akatsuki Blitzkampf, a good deal of SNK fighters, Street Fighter 3 Online Edition, Guilty Gear XX#Reload, and occasionally BlazBlue CS (when I don't have enough sense to remember that I like Guilty Gear Better). So, if you're up to fighting me in any of those, send me a PM, and we might be able to work something out.
I'm not a big anime or manga fan, though I'm a fan of some of the quirkier stuff like JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. I aspire to be a fiction writer, and I love writing stories on my off time.
I just have one question for those able to answer it? What's this particular RPs stance on using characters who already have a standing in the Nasuverse, like, say, Kishima Kouma, if the player was able to provide a good reason for the character getting involved? Are they for moderator use only? Do you need special permission? Just curious.
Looking forward to seeing if I'll be able to have some fun here.
