MY FAMILY LINE//[/color]: Prophetei: Descendents of the maintainers of the oracle of Delphi. While an influential magi family during the age of the gods, as belief in the power of the Oracles faded, so did their prestige and power. While the family originally possessed the sixth theoretical element, over time that power has been lost. The precise number of generations in the family is 44. The line is directly traced to the Prophetei of the Age of the Gods. Currently, the family has four active magi in it, but none are more than 200 years old. Most members of the family are obsessed with restoring them to their former glory, but the slow decaying of their magical talent has made this an impossibility. The "unique trait" of the Prophetei family is precognition. Given time and the right circumstances, accurate prophecies can be made. Outside of extensive rituals, this manifests as a low ranked "mind's eye(fake)" ability, which allows the user to react to events up to three seconds before they happen.
MY HISTORY: //[/color] I was born as one of the last hopes for my family. My father was the oldest magus of our family alive - he was 306 years old when I was born. Since my birth, I was raised to be the perfect successor to my family - I was given a classical education in both the mundane and magical fields. When I was 20 years of age, my father was assassinated - we weren't very close, but it was a major event in my life. He was cut down, with all of his magical power useless in the face of a high caliber assault rifle.
My family was left in shambles, as was I. With the ascension of one of my relatives to the headship of the family, brewing internal strife forced me to "leave the nest", so to speak. Shocked and scared at the death of my father, I decided to become proficient in the use of firearms myself - it may not have been proper for a mage from my family, but I was more interested in what worked than what was proper.
It was during this time that I practiced my skills and made my fortune. I furthered my studies and learnt new skills, travelling Europe in an attempt to find something to do with my life. While I amused myself with the vagaries of everyday life as a travelling mage, this wandering life eventually lost its' appeal.
Deciding to look further into my goals and motivations, I rediscovered my yearning for knowledge and boundless curiosity. Through my father's connections and my own research, I discovered the grail war. With the knowledge that the war could grant my wish, I decided to set my considerable talents upon acquiring it.
MY GOALS://[/color] Alexis knows that his family used to be important, and that they are very unimportant now. Unfortunately, he sees his family as a lost cause, too obsessed with regaining past glories than actually achieving anything. More than anything else, he seeks knowledge and power. His driving passion to reach Akasha, and his strict personal standards are what propel him along his path to the grail.

Mystic Eyes of Illusion (Sixth Imaginary Element)

Effect: Mystic Eyes which invert reality and allow the mind of the user to temporarily obscure the world. Capable of manipulating light, sound and sensation, these Mystic eyes fool the senses. Glass can be made to look and feel like a brick wall, and phantom copies of the user placed anywhere within range. While mages can detect the use of prana, the difference between an illusory object and a reinforced one are only determinable through physical or prolonged examination. An illusion lasts as long as he maintains concentration on it - an investiture of prana makes an illusion last for three days. Against Servants, this ability is limited. It is completely incapable of fooling Caster class servants or those with knowledge of magecraft. While the illusion can fool some servants, they immediately know that magecraft is being used and that illusion thaumaturgy is in use. It remains completely effective against servants with Mad Enhancement above Rank D active due to the reduction of mental activity.
Blade of Aeolus ([Wind])

Effect: A weakened form of a spell once used in the Age of the Gods, Blade of Aeolus creates high-speed winds which crush and tear at exposed flesh. While ineffective against armour, the winds can eviscerate a human limb in seconds. It requires a clear line of effect from the caster to the target, and is ineffective against any armour beyond basic clothes. After the initial slice, it leaves a "wall" of aerial currents that tear and grind flesh for several seconds.
[Chaotic Amplification: Phantasm Storm (Wind)

Range: Creates a bounded field
Effect: Amplifies and distorts the ambient prana in an area. This energy is not usable for magecraft, and manifests as electrical activity. While not directly harmful, it distorts magical perception and makes ordinary electrical hazards far more dangerous. Static shocks gain power and become incredibly painful. Exposed electrical hazards become life-threatening, and all thaumaturgial effects create a visible "aura" of mild electrical energy. Enhances the power of electrical attacks by 1.5, although Alexis himself has none. By blurring the line between the mundane and the magical, it renders illusions harder to identify correctly.
Boreas (Wind)

Effect: Conjuring the spirit of the frozen north wind, bringer of cold, Boreas creates a blast of freezing cold wind, capable of causing frostbite on exposed flesh, and rendering most modern equipment nonfunctional due to the extreme temperature change. The blast of wind is 10cm in radius, and prolonged exposure to human skin causes severe damage. Due to the history of the north wind and the sun, this spell is ineffective during the day. Can last for two minutes with a single casting.
Prophetei Resurrection: Decay Reversal (Wind)

Effect: Restores the family trait of the Prophetei family to a shadow of its' former glory. For a duration of three hours, the user receives a limited precognition, allowing them to react to events three seconds before they occur. Based on human cognition and not supernatural danger awareness - if an attack or threat is not capable of being perceived, this ability will not detect it. After the three hours are up, 21 hours are required before re-use - overuse of this ability will cause extreme headaches and damage to the magic circuits, permanently reducing their number.
