This board is the place for you, IF
1) You just need a random rp partner
2) Want to engage into a duel and need a willing (victim) first
3) You have an idea for a "mission" but it is no more than a brainstorm idea so far and you need help to formulate it into something bigger.

As you can see, it does not just mean that you ask for a willing RP partner but can be much more. You could eventually have an idea of an area of the city being filled with monster, you the righteous master wishing to save some poor people who wandered through the city clueless about the danger that lurks in the shadows and want to see some other masters helping you in your noble conquest.
The Grail is nowadays more of a tainted omnipresence that has not fully linked with the 'chosen' vessel and does what it likes. The rules themselves state this already, but this means... go wild here!!
Within certain limits, of course.
