This Board is meant for you to tell who you are in brief words and what you would need and/or like. This would usually be a servant OR a master.
At the end you add a link to your profile.
There are also such cases where you wish to create a profile, but need some help or a partner. Just tell your idea and ask if someone is willing to aid you in your attempt to bring said idea to life.
Don't give up on hope, just because it might seem strange at the begin. People can only help when they know that someone needs help.
Try it out and see for yourself.
An example:
Make a new thread on this board with the content:
What is needed?
Master/Servant
Characteristics
What your character is like. Class, Background, etc.
Partner Characteristics
What should your partner character be like? Class, Background, etc.
Profile Link
The link. (Only if you really have a profile. This section is also for the so called Character Rule 9+10, which makes the previous points even more important. So be detailed there.)
