If your question 1) is about the RP itself, like the setting, locations, etc, but 2) is NOT about Nasuverse Mechanics or something complicated like Italian Education, then ask them here.
If you want to ask if you can play a Pop Idol, or if it snows in Lucca in the winter, those questions go here.

Okay.
First and formost its the location itself. As the time of the RP is 2027, has Lucca changed from what it is now? If so, how big are the changes? (IE modern buildings, etc).
The next question is a simple one about the three schools (Well, two schools and a uni), do they compete against eachother in competitions (like sporting events and so forth)? Another question is what sports does each school do?
I think the last question I have, for now, is any industrial places in Lucca? Although, I'm not sure there would be such buildings in a place like this.

1) The location itself is a heavily fictionalized version of Lucca. Aside from a reference to the restoration of the Amphitheatre, which probably won't happen any time soon IRL, do not expect the geography to match what you will find IRL that much. One could go so far as to say that it's like the Simpsons' Sprigfield, which has always dodged directly answering the question of 'which Springfield, in what State?'.
Several historical and modern places, for example, are taken from other cities in Tuscany or Italy. In a sense, you might as well call this place "Generic Tuscan City Which Happens to be Called Lucca". In the same way, there doesn't seem to be any actual city called Fuyuki. As another case in point, the city is a lot closer to the coast than its position on Google Earth might.
2) It's two schools, a uni, and a college, actually, but let's not get too technical from there.
* First off, the college is a college of the fine arts. In terms of balancing, it's only good at the fine arts, and so one could say that it can only hold a candle to the uni in such a fancy event. Ergo, competitions between these two are highly unlikely to the point of being called non-existent.
* The uni doesn't compete with the two other schools, for the fact that it's tertiary and the others are primary/secondary.
* The two schools, namely the Instituto and Scuola, if they were to compete against each other, would very likely, develop a natural rivalry, primarily because of the financial disparity between the two, not to mention the cultures involved. Though if only for the sake of characters attending either school meeting each other on school grounds, then I suppose for that much, we can say they probably compete in sports, debates, and what have you.
4) Given the presence of three major corporations, it should be safe to say that the business district should have some industrial areas, at least as far as manufacturing plants go.
