- Friendly
- It's not hard to befriend Asuka. She is a good-natured person with an easy-going personality, and is willing to help anyone just because. She will accept you, no matter what you did or what you've been through in the past.
- Lawful Good
- As long as you are not an evil maniac, Asuka will most likely agree to help you in whatever task you need aid with. With a little bit of time, she may even put your safety over hers. Protect the innocent is a must, and she will try to follow the rules as faithfully as she can, unless they have something to do with her clothes not being suitable for walking out the streets.
- Passionate
- She is driven by her emotions. She'll smile if you do something sweet and she will cry if she watches a romantic movie. She has no difficulty in loving or caring for other people, and may act as a motherly figure in some cases. However, as it's easy for her to love someone, it's also easy to hate that person. And you don't want to be there when that happens. God knows what will happen to you if she figures out you had been manipulating her all along.
- Playful
- Life must be fun. So, just like a little kid, Asuka likes doing innovative, trilling activities. As long at it's not boring, she will jump off the bridge with no trace of fear. She also likes teasing people, to an extent. She doesn't want to offend the person, after all.

DISLIKES: //
[/li][li]Death.
[/li][li]Conflict.
[/li][li]Reading.
[/li][li]Manipulative bastards.
[/li][li]Dictators.
STRENGTHS: // She is friendly and caring, helped a lot of people during her life, and this has earned her good fame. She can easily relate to people and is extremely good at negotiations. Aside from that, she is a proficient martial artist and a Magus. She specializes on support spells, which are used to enhance the effectiveness of other spells. While on her own this is not much more of a threat, those who team with her will receive huge advantages, specially if they are skilled in the use of Magecraft.
WEAKNESSES: // Most suited for support rather than for actual combat. She lacks offensive spells, and this puts her at a disadvantage when facing other Magi on her own. She doesn't have knowledge on any weapon whatsoever, and, if given the chance, won't use one. Last but not least, her ideals prevent her from killing anyone under normal circumstances, and this may prove to be a fatal weakness.

MY FAMILY LINE: // The Midori family is a old family that has existed for a little over seven hundred years now. It started with a young Japanese man with talent in the art of thaumaturgy, who decided to travel around the world, looking for adventures. After ten years, the man came back to his land of birth with a lot of new tales to tell, and a beautiful Italian wife. And so, the Midori family started to flourish.
The so called 'Green' family have an average of ten circuits, each one able to handle twenty four Prana units at once. While not on the same level as other families when it comes to number of circuits, the Midori are known for the quality of their circuits. It is said that this is because of their special trait, 'green blood'. This name has lead to rumors and comparisons with the so famous Barthomelloi family. While they weren't and won't ever be able to become a giant power supply like the Barthomelloi are, these rumors, which were never confirmed to be true or false, granted them some influence and a free entrance to the Clock Tower.
The Midori family was always specialized in Wind type magecraft. No wonder people thought they could be the Barthomelloi so awaited rivals. However, their mindsets are kind of 'strange' in every generation, and they all seem to despise conflict. Because of this, they never wanted to compete with other families to see who was better in the art of thaumaturgy.
Asuka's grandfather made an interesting discovery. With a certain degree of focus, it was acually possible to combine two spells and release them at the same time. He named this method 'Chain Casting'. However, this was so time consuming that it didn't have much uses, if any, in a combat situation. It could only be used effectively in greater rituals. The method's fame didn't last and it was soon forgotten by many.
MY HISTORY: // Born on November 12th, Asuka has always been in love with adventure. Back in her childhood, Her father would always tell her the story of how those before her traveled around the world, faced uncountable threats, fell in love, and then returned to their land to settle a family. And so, she grew up dreaming of the day she would do the same. To be ready for that day, she practiced Wing Chun three times a week, starting at the age of five.
Her training as a Magus was not strict and she followed her own pace. That's the way the Midori family teaches their successors. Unlike many Magus families, they treat their children with care, and put more emphasis on the important points of life, rather than Magecraft alone. According to records, there was not even one Midori who defied the laws or got into conflict voluntarily.
One day, she overheard a conversation between his father and his grandfather. It was about a method called 'Chain Casting' and how it had failed to become popular. Her grandfather seemed to be quite frustrated because of this, and Asuka didn't want to see him like that so, she stepped in and asked her grandfather to teach her. And so he did.
After years of practice, she found a combination that could make 'Chain Casting' effective in combat. For this she developed two spells 'Boost' and 'Transfer'. She wasn't alone, though. Her whole family put her heart into it. With those spells, 'Chain Casting' became more useful. And even though it was still not suited for fast-paced battles, it brought a smile to Asuka grandfather's face. With that alone, she was satisfied.
Things changed when she moved to England, to become a member of the Clock Tower. Her fathers told her that would be her first adventure. Unfortunately, it wasn't as enjoyable as she thought it would be. Most people there were horrible. The place itself was a competition between Magi, to obtain power. She studied there until she was ranked 3rd, then she gladly left, as there were no restrictions for members of the Clock Tower who want to do their investigations in other places. All in all, it wasn't a really good experience. She was discriminated both for her clothing and her Asian origin. She was even manipulated once or twice. So getting out of there was something more of a blessing.
Next stop was Lucca. That was the place were the first Midori met the love of her life. Definitively the perfect place to start her real adventure. Little does she know that her wish will come true, in a way she does not expect. It's been a month since she has arrived to the Italian city...
MY GOALS: // She is dragged into the war and thus has not a wish of her own. However, were she to obtain the grail, she would use it to erase that which keeps humans away from each other. She would wish for a world were everyone is united, and where love prevails, above all else.

RANK: // 3th Rank.
ELEMENT: // Wind.
EXPERTISE: //
Wing Chun practitioner
Even if the Midori family dislikes conflict, they believe that a method of self-defense is a must if one is going out on an adventure. Chances are, you will eventually run into a bunch of bad guys, and if that happens, you'll need a way to keep away from harm. Asuka practices Wing Chun, a Chinese style of martial arts, since she was little. The style itself was designed for women use, and it consists on using the enemy's own strength against him. While not on the level of a master, Asuka is capable of defending against enemies physically stronger than her.
Chain Caster
As the name suggest, it involves casting more than one spell, then releasing all spells in the chain as if they were one spell. In order to activate the chain, the command "Trigger" is required. Due to the long time it takes to release a spell chain (Since Chants for every spell in the chain are still needed) this method is used in rituals rather than actual combat. Asuka uses it with her spells 'boost' and 'transfer' in order to increase the effectiveness of her spells or that of others. It has no other use, really.
MAGIC CIRCUITS: // She has 12 Circuits and a quality of 25 PrC. Her maximum Prana is 300.
SPELLS: //
Boost (Chain Spell)
Rank: D
Cost: Half the cost of the boosted spell.
Range: Self
Effect: Doubles the power of the next spell on the chain. Not its rank or its duration time, but its power alone. If the boosted spell poseses ofensive capabilities, the damage inflicted by it will be considered one rank higher. This means that, with 'boost', an ofensive B-rank spell can do as much damage as an A-rank spell. If the spell does not posess any ofensive capability, then it's effect will be considered one rank higher. This means, with boost, a healing spell of C-rank, would cure as effectively as one of B-rank would. Depending on the nature of the spell, some may not be boosted. By rule, no reinforcement spell may be boosted. Please note that, unless 'Transfer' or any spell with similar effect is used, 'Boost' is limited to spells casted by oneself. Only one 'Boost' can be used per chain.
Transfer (Chain Spell)
Rank: D
Cost: 5 Pr.
Range: Target within a fifty meter radius.
Effect: Transfers all bonuses of the chain, in this case 'Boost', to another Magus within the specified distance. The target will then proceed to cast his/her own spell as normal, but will add the command "Trigger" at the end of the chant. With this, Asuka can boost other spells than her own. When boosting someone else's spells, the same rules explained in 'Boost' are applied. The original caster pays the Prana cost of 'Boost' and 'Deploy', while the target pays the cost of his/her own spells.
Lock/Unlock (Wind)
Rank: E
Cost: 7 Pr.
Range: Touch.
Effect: Lock or unlocks a door using wind pressure. A locked door can still be oppened through force (Eg. A powerful kick). If Boosted, one would need to kick the door several times to open it (Three at the very last.). Needless to say, this spell does not work on electronic doors.
Wind Armor (Wind)
Rank: C
Cost: 3-15 Pr. 6 additional Pr for extra effect, if desired.
Range: Self. Wind Shot has a maximum range of 5 meters, and it's effect diminishes the further the caster is from the enemy.
Effect: Reinforcement spell using the Wind element. Rotating wind covers the affected body part/s making it sharp while granting protection from harm. The target body part becomes as strong as steel, in short it becomes like a sword. Thrown objects will be deflected (knives, etc). Handgun bullets can penetrate it, but its impact will be drastically reduced (Like a bullet proof vest). Any stronger than that can pass right through it. It can be used on the caster's arms, legs or chest. The cost of this spell is 3 Pr per affected body part. Please note that reinforcing both of the user's legs or arms at once would cost 6 Pr. Additionally, the user may dispel Reinforcement on an affected body part and release the wind that rotates around it, in order to hit the opponent with it, knocking him/her down. This kind of attack is incapable of dealing real damage on its own. However, it's pretty fast and, in most cases, it comes as a surprise. Due to the nature of the attack, blocking it won't change the outcome. Asuka likes to call this "Wind Shot."
Wind Armor lasts 5 minutes at most, and might not be released after 3 minutes have passed. After Wind Armor's effects wear off, it cannot be casted on the same body part for one entire minute.
