Couldn't think of a more fitting title. It's a game. A short, one-thread, one-scenario mini-RP. No rules aside from the standard "no godmodding", no need to grind your brains with Nasubabble, no need for lengthy profiles. Just some crazy, over-the-top fun as a sort of "break".
Now what is the Game? The Game is simple. In 2017, there is one rich and powerful man, who has a lot of equally rich and similarly powerful enemies. I guess he just pissed them off for the last time, because many of these enemies have just hired the best assassins in the world, each easily worth many millions of Euros, to get rid of him once and for all.
He's the Target, you're the Assassins. The Target lives in a big fancy city. He also has an entire sorting algorithm of minions and bodyguards for you to killor sneak past on the way to killing him. The Target moves a lot and has a bunch of body doubles too, so he'll be hard to find. Basically, the reason why his enemies hired the best, is because it'll take the best to get to him.
By the way, none of these contractors are in cahoots with each other. Each assassin will be by themselves. You may choose to form teams, but let's face it. What kind of idiot assassin forms a team with someone who's out to steal his kill? Trust nobody but yourself.
The mission will happen at night. And there will be several people suspected of being the real Target. You've finished stocking up on your tools of the trade, you've gotten your plane tickets and shown your fake passports. You've flown into the country, where English is apparently the common language.
The Game starts with you already on the hunt. No need to show detailed preparations, you've already made them. Just jump into the action. But before you do, we need to know just a bit about you.
Name: Real Name, if available.
Nickname: Your callsign, moniker, generally how people know you in the assassin underworld.
Backstory: You could stuff it with rumours. It doesn't matter if it's the real story or just the most popular myth about you.
Speciality: What's your Schtick? What bizarre assassination techniques did you come up with to get to the top? Go crazy here, but not too crazy.
Tools: List down your tools of the trade. Is it a standard James Bond arsenal? Or something a little more creative?
Here's a sample.
I'll start with five players.

Name: Col. Jack Dragnet, US Army, Ret.
Nickname: Colonel Mayday, Jack Slaughterhouse, The Terminator
Backstory:
A Delta Force veteran, Colonel Dragnet has seen combat in several theatres of combat, from Somalia, to Afghanistan, to Iraq. An injury from the War on Terror left him crippled until a few 2012, when he was chosen for a special project involving next generation soldiers.
A combination of genetic engineering and cutting edge cyber-prosthetics transformed Jack from a crippled war veteran into one of the first next generation soldiers. After some field tests and the evolution of the program to the next stage of research, he was discharged from the Army, who gave him some thanks with a big fat check.
This check soon ran out, and, with pension being craptacular as it is, Jack decided to become a mercenary. It was in the mercenary world that he earned his nicknames from his ability to take out entire units by himself, and with ruthless, mechanical efficiency. He received his most famous moniker of 'Colonel Mayday' after crashing an F-15 stolen from a Turkish Air Force Base into a target in Kosovo and surviving with just a few scratches and bruises.
Speciality: A combination of elite special forces training and the physical augmentations from the supersoldier project is all that Colonel Mayday needs. His style has changed little from his time in Delta, with the exception of operating alone as to operating in a small unit. As a former soldier, he is a well-rounded individual, skilled in close quarters battle whether armed or disarmed, the use of various firearms, wilderness survival, etc.
His supersoldier abilities include superior speed, endurance, strength, and reaction time. His especially tough frame has allowed him to survive the plane crash. Just like the Terminator.
Tools: Jack is a pretty flexible guy and carries weapons and supplies that specifically fit each mission profile. For this mission, he has an assortment of urban warfare gear and CQB weapons like a USAS-12 automatic shotgun, SIG P229, C-4, etc. (He goes into more detail here, but I'm too lazy to do so.)
