Mass Thread Closings on Primus! Please Read

As I've been looking over the board for the purpose of issuing warnings, some threads have stood out as out of place - too old, participants, dead, inactive, participants mostly dead, on extro since ages, etc etc etc. So I've taken it upon myself to LOCK all threads that seemed to be either dead or completed - HOWEVER! I am not infallible, and as such could have made a mistake. Which is why I am asking everyone - EVERYONE - to look at the list of closed threads, and let me or another mod know if one of them needs to be open. Naturally, these are ancient for the most part, and I will treat them as open threads from there onwards - which means warnings for inactivity in them. 

In closing, please, when you are done with your threads, submit a request for a lock so nobody has to guess at what is still needed and what is not. A similar thread for Secundus will be up a bit later. After that, there will be a thread listing threads that are a concern for one matter or another, so look out for that as well. On a final, final note as far as warnings go - again, not infallible. If you see someone in your thread inactive for 2 weeks, let me know. That way, we can prevent stagnation and try to cut down on inactivity.
