Characteristics Bill is unruly, determined, pragmatic, and has a strong sense of justice. He likes to do his own thing despite what his master may say. Any partnership would be difficult but potentially rewarding.
Partner Characteristics It can be anything really but a strong-willed master who is opposed to Bill's ideals would cause some definite conflict. Unless that is something you want? :3
