A Lawful or Neutral disposition: Evil is fine as it makes for interesting interaction, but a chaotic evil/neutral character just wouldn't mesh well.
Percival lacks a heavy offense and uses mainly support type phantasms. She's a bruiser/support if you were to classify her as such. So a strategist who knows how to use her abilities optimally would do well. If not that, then someone with high offensive capabilities would work as well. Basically someone to fill the gaps and make some interesting interactions.
