So gonna go ahead and toss this up since I'll be busy for the next week or so with stuffs.

Assuming she's not shoved through the backedit grinder (likely to happen), Houyi is...
+A Fabulously good archer of legend (exploded suns with arrows, earned the title God of Archers. )
+Quick on her feet (A ranked agi)
+Has an A/A+++ rank Noble Phantasm (cuz, ya know. Explosions and suns. Potentially taken down a peg in some kind of backedit)
+Cuteness proximity to rabbits. Squeeing over fluffy bunnys is likely.
+Goal in war is to save waifu from the moon.
+Incredibly shy. Shuns physical contact.
+Is a hermaphrodite - means she's rockin both genders (so, uh, yeah, don't apply if squicked.)
While I post this here, she can be in either world due to retconning. Going to world 2 just requires her to go through backedits for the transfer. I think.
Partner Characteristics
Partner needs...
+A good amount of prana. Her noble phantasms are not cheap'
+Doesn't shun herms. Because, you know, would kinda ruin work relations if he/she/it (it's are totally possible in nasuland right?) are too busy bein haters to actually get some work done.
+Potential master must already be approved. The last thing I need is to wind up with a new member that quits a week after signing up with Houyi. I'll wave this for anyone whose already got an establish character or two/I already know you on the forums.
