Hello there! I'm interested in taking part in the game, but I was wondering how exactly do I go about it? For instance, do I first send a proposed character to a mod, or should I just create an account in the character's name?
Also, do I have to create both a Master and a Servant, or can I create only a Servant?

If you read the rules you'd find out~ You should, but I'll answer your questions anyways.

Just create an account with the character if they are untaken and post the profile in the profiles section. You can only create a Servant if you wish, however slots for them are limited (See: Teams and Reservations thread) and we have a shortage of masters so the wait for a partner may take a while, even after approval.

I DID read the rules. I only got confused because it seems characters, particularly Servants, have to be screened by the mods/GMs, right? So, I should first create the profile, and then send the character for approval, right?

Er... By the way, to whom should I send the character?

Look at the board itself. There is a specific under evaluation section for profiles, with a template and everything. Notice how the other profiles when you click on profiles are WIP or under evaluation?
