- Bitter
- A self demeaning person who gave their all to save someone from foretold doom only to fail. Atlantes views the world as a cruel existence and all attempts at resisting fate futile. She desperately wants to be proven wrong.
- Dramatic
- Atlantes is something of a poet at heart and is prone to overblown language, soliloquies, and speech of high emotion. One might notice her addressing concepts as characters or referring to others as characters as if in a story.
- Well Intentioned
- Atlantes is three steps to the left of being a good person. Her actions while often intended for the greater good are so strange in execution that it lands right in neutral territory. Atlantes sought to preserve the life of Ruggiero and to accomplish that goal imprisoned him. To keep him entertained she kidnapped others to be permanent guests. To maintain the situation she fought others as a sentry.
- Intelligent
- Though odd, Atlantes is a very intelligent sorcerer of great ability. She constructed The Enchanted Steel Castle through magic, tamed a hippogryph, and is able to read the incredibly complex Book of Fates.
- Determined
- Atlantes is not someone who gives up on the what she feels must be done. Atlantes did not want to fight Bradamante but felt she had no choice. She knew she may of been hurting Ruggiero and others by what she was doing, but refused to let him die. It is this determination that allows her to still try even while believing it will not serve any good in the end.

STRENGTHS: // Possibly the strangest servant kit, highly versatile?
WEAKNESSES: // In combat Atlantes has accidentally turned out as a far weaker Medusa. High Reliance upon Noble Phantasms. Magic is weakened due to rider class rendering it not too effective. Mana inefficency seems to limit opperational time.

MY HISTORY: //
Once upon a time there was a Wizard, and this Wizard had a magic book. The book, you see, could tell the destiny of anyone anywhere and she often spent her days reading it.
This book was the only book for The Wizard and she loved to read about the day to day lives of those around her. She cried when the characters were sad, and laughed with joy at their every success.
One day, The Wizard chanced upon fate. Unfortunate twins, tragedy had stuck before they had even drawn first breath. A father betrayed, a mother dead from the exertion of giving birth to twins while escaping her country by boat, the children were abandoned and alone.
Setting out at once Atlantes arrived in almost no time at all, appearing before the sailors The Wizard ordered them to take the daughter and find a kind home, and she personally would raise the son.
The son's name was Ruggiero and Atlantes had foreseen tragic destinies within the child's future. The daughter Marfisa was to become a great warrior and apart would not be burdened by her brother's fate.
Taking the boy, The Wizard raised him in secret away from the world and loved him very much. With the boy, The Wizard had less time for her favorite book but didn't mind, and like this time continued until the boy grew into a handsome, chivalrous, and intelligent young man.
Seeing that the boy was lonely The Wizard worked tirelessly to supply the castle with guests; stolen from around the world. Like this the young man had friends and The Wizard fought tirelessly to defend this stagnant dream.
Fate does not sleep, and it does not rest. Insurmountable Fate brought Bradamante to Atlantes' steel gates one day. Determined, Atlantes rode out to battle once more: The Book of Fates in one hand, The reigns of her companion hippogryph and The Standstill Shield in the other.
Bradamante was a truly valiant warrior and Atlantes regretted the fact that it had come to blows, still Atlantes was sure she would not have to kill her. Atlantes had not yet had to take a life in the defense of her castle, she was confident that her prowess in combat was simply too strong to necessitate it.
The battle was a ferocious one lasting most of the day, finally, The Wizard nearing exhaustion unveiled her red silken cloth that served to bind her shield. The Knight instantly fell to the ground like all those who had come before. Atlantes was no valorous Knight, she knew this, her only goal was the perseverance of Ruggiero's life.
Atlantes had underestimated Bradamante, and Bradamante had accounted for this; having a ring that rended spells to nothing in her possession. Atlantes unguarded and far too close to the feigning Knight was soon entrapped. Besting her in strength Bradamante had sprung on The Wizard and subdued her, readying the final blow she soon stopped.
Bradamante was shocked at the youth of the waifish wizard. She did not feel right killing a child, and demanded to know why Atlantes had kidnapped and imprisoned people within the castle.
Atlantes bound by Bradamante and as shocked by her mercy as she was at discovering the Knight's gender; relented her tale of the child and of her long defense of his dream within the castle. She begged Bradamante to leave and promised Bradamante anything in her possession if she would simply leave them undisturbed.
The Knight was disgusted at the bribery and would not allow The Wizard to continue playing with the lives of others. The Knight demanded the ending of the spell immediately and The Wizard had no choice but to comply. As Atlantes undid the spell she also prepared a contingency plan, though she might die she refused to hand Ruggiero over to fate.
As the people were leaving the castle the hippogryph under Atlantes' orders and snatched up Ruggiero flew far far away. The Knight was furious but still did not desire to kill the child-like Wizard.
"Slay me! Say what you will! But i have staked my life on that one! Can't you see? Can't you see I am saving your husband's life?!"
fly away... above the very clouds if that will save you.
Leading the people to safety The Knight set out in search of the boy who was now a man.
The Wizard returned to her castle and once more opened her book. "Ruggiero" she said and pictured the youth's face.
The Book of Fates responded and like in the past, the boy's fate was laid out before The Wizard. She was pleased, his fate was still stuck in time. She never once imagined that the boy who had grown would have witnessed the battle, she never fathomed that he had fallen in love with The Knight revealed to be the most valiant of all women.
The Wizard stared at the lines as they branched and branched and intersected once more; more akin to a rippling pond then a page of text, the words swam across the open book in a chaotic dance. She was uncertain of time as it passed, rarely even allowing herself to blink.
"NO!"
DEATH.DEATH.DEATH.DEATH.DEATH.DEATH.DEATH.DEATH.
Atlantes threw the book in tears.
In moments she was using her magic to rush toward Ruggiero, she had not yet succeeded in rending him from his fate, she would have to try again.
Imprisoning him once more she was hurt by his protests, she never told him what she knew, and accepted his harsh words with a silent determination.
That attempt too would fail, one day while away from the newly constructed castle of sorcery she returned to find it undone and her charge gone.
Remembering Bradamante's valor she exiled herself once more and returned to her castle and book. She no longer ventured from the castle and every waking moment was spent in observance of fate. She prayed silently and slept rarely.
The Wizard saw The Boy's many valiant quests, she saw his friends, his trials, his love, and finally his marriage to The Knight.
Seven years later, he died, betrayed and progenitor to a great line of heroes.
MY GOALS: //
"Ch,but a puppet upon strings. What goals might i have? What am i to do other than accompany this mad dance; we like clowns upon the precipice of a cliff?"
NOBLE PHANTASM: //
Wings of War
Rank: B+
Type: Support, Mount
Range: Melee (attack, claw, bite, charge ram, ect.)
Max Targets: 1-3 if they happened to be rather close to one another.
A mount granted to The Sorcerer of The Steel Castle, A hippogryph mount like that which was ridden in legend. Enhances End and Agi by one plus modifier, the creature itself is capable of making attacks at the level of B+. The first mention of such a creature in legi-historical-literary history was ridden by Atlantes in Orlando Furioso.
At maximum mana and without expending prana elsewhere, the phantasmal beast can be kept out for roughly 30 minutes.
Now with pictures!

Standstill Shield
Rank: C
Type: Status Downer
Range: Dependent on the sight ability of the target. 1 Mile at most if a servant was even capable of seeing that far.
Max Targets: Indefinite
A shield ironically designed for offensive use. When the red silken shroud is removed, the shield is activated. Those who lay eyes upon the shield and possess hostile intent toward the wielder will be assaulted with a persistent paralysis curse.
Those with A rank Mana or Magic Resist are capable of resisting the curse completely, those with B will experience a 1 rank down in AGI, those with C in either ability will experience 2 ranks down, Finally anything reduced to what would be lower than E will suffer a half penalty on the E rank numerically (10 becomes 5). Non-Servant class existences will instead be completely disabled.
The Curse lasts 5 minutes and will refresh if the target manages to recurse themselves.
The shield is in effect until resealed. The shield is limited by prana, and if nothing else were in use, could be kept effecitve for 15 minutes.

Phantasmal Fortress: The Illusionary Steel Castle
Rank: C (The class of Rider has limited the applications.)
Type: Fortress
Range: Within sight to cast, walls can extend upwards to 100 Yards in either direction as needed.
Max Targets: Potentially anyone that interacts with(in) it.
Atlantes' greatest masterwork takes the form of a magical fortress that can also serve as a prison.
Barrier walls can be summoned (up to 3) to block attacks and function as standard fortress walls manifested as powerful barriers. The barriers carry the appearance of a swirling colors of light blue and pink. The barriers naturally consume prana from the area around them which can then be used to refund some of the cost to Atlantes.
When the three walls are created, connected, surrounding an opponent the true nature of this noble phantasm is revealed. Creating a bounded field within the walls with a dome above, prana is slowly eaten from those inside to create familiars. The familiars will then assault those inside relentlessly with projected phantom weaponry; all while carrying the appearance of Atlantes as perfect doppelgangers.
Slain familiars will violently explode in a flash of light as E rank attacks. The familiar's attacks themselves are unranked but their numbers make them dangerous.
The walls themselves true to their rank are effective defenses against Noble Phantasms of C rank or below, unless they are of the "Anti Fortress" functionality which would allow the barrier to only sustain up to a D rank Noble Phantasm with substantial damages sustained. The walls, however, are persistent and will regenerate over time.
Despite being ranked down due to being summoned as a Rider, this NP is still a signature spell and as such, carries the mark of its creator in its execution. Utilizing the full form of this NP will, in essence, reveal this servant's identity.
CLASS ABILITIES: //
Riding: B
All creatures but those of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast-rank can be used as mounts.
Magic Resist: D
Cancel Single-Action spells. Magic Resistance of the same degree of an amulet that rejects magical energy.
SKILLS: //
Eye of The Mind (False): B
An innate talent to sense and avoid danger based on intuition, that can also be called the Sixth Sense or prescience, gained through many ordeals and adventures. As a natural talent to avoid danger, it greatly differs from Eye of the Mind (True), which is danger avoidance that originates from “predictions augmented by experience”.
Even though Heracles’ sanity was lost due to Mad Enhancement, this skill remained effective as it is nearly an instinct. When crossing swords with a seasoned swordsman like Arturia, he would not fall for half-hearted feints. It is such a troublesome ability for Hercules’ opponents. Although monstrous in size, Hercules has a high rank in Agility. As a result, it is very difficult to corner him.
Magecraft: B
Capable of using orthodox Thaumaturgy. Atlantes is a specialist in illusions and mirages but is capable of other magecraft as well.
Guardian: A+
One who has found purpose in shielding others, offers a situational rank up in both END and AGI for the singular purpose of saving others.
Discernment: C
Someone who has observed a great many people's lives, demonstrates a higher than normal understanding of human nature.
This servant is able to better determine the characters of others and is also better able to see through lies, bluffs, and feints. Ineffective against those under the effects of mad enhancement or mental pollution.
This skill is the most effective against "archetypical" persona, or those of have revealed much about themselves.

MISC. INFORMATION: //
My history may be a bit confused... I don't know if I'm missing a part of the story, or if multiple versions are just colliding in my head. This is mainly in regards to Ruggiero which Wikipedia refers to being a part of events i never read about in the story... this is my interpretation to try and make sense of it all.
