What is needed?
Servant.
Partner Characteristics
Strong yet good-natured Servants that know how to be reasonable when dealing with others and not jumping into combat at the first provocation. Or maybe the opposite, it might be quite comedic. In fact, any Servant serves at this point, as long as they don't mind dealing with a Master that is really not much into winning the war rather than 'just survive'.
