- Stubborn
- Unless your name is Merlin, or that you're known to be a wise counsel, or simply because you outrank him in some way, this guy won't be listening to any protests you make to his decisions. He's the King, so you should be listening to what he says, and trusting in his battle experience. His policy is simple: "save the exceptions listed above, it's either my way, or the highway".
- The High King
- His Royal Majesty, the High King of Britannia, would prefer that you addressed him properly, unless he allows you to do otherwise. His Royal Majesty also thinks that you should not eat simply-prepared food, unless it is the only thing available, such as war rations, nor does he want his company to have anything less than the best of wines, or beds, or... whatever else that can be had at top quality.
Peasants are the people His Royal Majesty fights for, but they should at least be grateful enough to say thank you, rather than grumble about taxes. He would like to remind them that without their vital support of his campaigns in the form of tax, he would not be able to fight his battles properly, and they would be worrying about surviving the invading hordes of Saxons, rather than about surrendering a small fraction of their wages to their lords.
Lastly, His Royal Majesty humbly asks that you stop calling his golden dragon figurine stupid-looking, ugly, poorly-crafted, or some other similar insult. It pricks his pride.

- Knight of Honour
- A Knight's Word is bound by his honor. Uther does not break promises, and dispenses indiscriminate retribution on anybody who betrays him. The man is not one who is known to backstab. If he wants to declare war on somebody, he does it in the open, with an army at his back... which is why he declared war on the Duke of Cornwall, instead of having him assassinated. As such, he prefers frontal assault to sneaking around in cardboad boxes.
ALL HAIL BRITANNIA!!!Patriotic Fervor- Uther loves his country above all else. Its places, its culture, but most importantly, its people. He would lead his men to battle even while stricken by a terrible disease, as a King who does not do so is a coward and does not deserve his throne. But more importantly than that reason of honour, is his reason of patriotism. In the end, everything he does is in the name of Britannia
, which ALL MUST HAIL.

STRENGTHS: //
Uther is a just ruler, and a loyal follower, if need be. He faithfully led his elder brother's army to battle as a general and prince, ascending only to the throne following the latter's untimely death. He is honest and proud of his country and its achievements, despite the tragedy that befell it only a generation after his passing. Britannia is always strong enough to rise from the ashes, after all. Unlike some who only hide behind a mask of benevolence, he genuinely loves his people enough to fight and die for them.
His high dragon attribute protects him against various status effects.
WEAKNESSES: //
In the modern day, he might come off as highly jingoistic, especially considering his plans to return Britannia to superpower status. This same pride of his also makes him arrogant to a degree. His adherence to his code of honour and preference for attacking from the front makes him predictable and vulnerable to the very same sneaky and backstabbing people that he loathes so much.
Uther is the original user of the epithet Pendragon, having seen a portentous dragon-shaped comet and since then having closely been associated with the beasts. As such, his dragon attribute is high, making him vulnerable to anti-dragon weapons such as Gram and Arondight.

MY LEGEND: //
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uther_Pendragon
MY HISTORY: //
The King had, from an early age, been a paragon of chivalry. When his elder brother recovered the throne from the usurper, Vortigern, he dutifully took his brother's army and led it to battle against the Saxons. Ah, that those clever aliens tricked the previous false king into allowing them to settle on Britannian land in exchange for their services as mercenaries, building up their numbers until they could invade. The foolish traitor soon found himself dead and deposed after the rightful heirs returned from Brittany.
Yes, life was good and fulfilling, when the King was but a humble prince-general, hacking away at invading Saxons in the name of his country and the people it represented. And it came to pass that he saw on one night a comet in the shape of a dragon. A truly remarkable portent, to which his advisor, the wizard Merlin, explained that he would become a great King. Thus did the King in the making take on the epithet "Pendragon", and have crafted two golden dragon figurines, one of which he carried as a standard.
Upon hearing the death of his elder brother, the King hence ascended to the throne and not long after, took once more to the field of battle on a glorious campaign to crush those insidious Saxons once and for all. The people rallied behind his back, and the lords of the realm swore fealty to him for his great an noble cause of saving Britannia.
There was only ever one mistake the High King of Britannia ever made in his life, one badly calculated and poorly-motivated false move. And that was, to take the wife of another man, the Duke of Cornwall. Still, in his pigheadedness and a petty attempt to sooth his conscience, the King decided to declare war on his vassal, rather than doing it the easier way and having him assassinated.
Betrayal.
When his prize was locked away in a nigh-impregnable fortress, leading to a lengthy siege, this was the one time that he decided to resort to guile. Thus with the help of a spell did he infiltrate the fortress and take his prize, only to learn the morning after, that he did not have to do so after all. In consequence, his new queen had hated him far more for his hypocritical deception than she would have, had he merely used the frontal approach.
Nevertheless, a small grain was eventually planted, and she learned to accept and love the King. Thus the reason why she consistently reminded him to stick to his codes of honor, a living memento that trickery only brought him misery. She did not wish for her King to fail, and exercised the toughest love possible.
The King's greatest love of his country was most expressed when, despite combating a grave illness, he nevertheless rode to battle while leaning on his horse. Despite being taunted as the 'Half-Dead King', he made sure that those Saxons who called him such were completely dead by the time his army finished with them. Yes, the King was unstoppable, even in failing health. Only death would silence him for good.
Thus did the Saxons use their insidiousness once more, and poison a spring that he drank from. A truly unfavorable death. Knowing that this was something that could only be faced, rather than escaped from, the King ordered himself to be brought back to the homeland. Here, he explained to Merlin what had to be done, that his sword be used to name the next King, the true heir, whom he had secretly handed over to one of his knights, knowing that the people would not accept a Queen to rule them.
This would be the indisputable symbol of the King, and prevent a crisis of succession. And so with his instructions set, the King marched up that hill to the waiting slab of stone. With the future of his country on his mind, he drove his mighty sword, this sword with which he vanquished many foes, into the stone. His last great act completed, the High King of Britannia finally succumbed to the poison. His memory lives on.
MY GOALS: // Uther plans to live a new life and turn Britannia into an invincible empire, surpassing the original British Empire.

Caledfwlch - Transitional Sword of Victorious Legacy
The physical prototype of Caliburn, a holy sword used by the King as his personal weapon and a symbol of his divine right to rule.
NOBLE PHANTASM(S): //
Caledfwlch - Prototype Sword of the Head Dragon
Rank: C
Type: Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm
Range: 1
Maximum Number of Targets: 1 Object
The physical Prototype of Caliburn, as opposed to Gram, which is a legendary prototype. Caledfwlch is the sword that would become Caliburn upon having been put into the legendary stone that King Arthur pulled it out of. In this sense, it is no different from a nameless weapon of power that belongs inside the Gate of Babylon. Due to its nature as a prototype, it looks exactly like Caliburn, but its power is substantially less.
A powerful Noble Phantasm in its own right, Caledfwlch is the personal weapon of King Uther Pendragon, the symbol of his divine right to rule as king. The sword possesses an armor piercing property that treats enemy endurance as if it were one rank lower (B->C, A->B, etc). The armor piercing effect is such it can only at most, treat a target's END as if it were E, and no lower than that.

Caledfwlch - Transitional Sword of Victorious Legacy
Rank: A
Type: Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm
Range: 1
Maximum Number of Targets: 1 Object
The embodiment of King Uther's final act, driving his sword into a large, solid stone slab for his one true heir, Arthur, to draw out in the future, thus beginning the legend of Caliburn. It is called the 'Transitional Sword', as it is in the phase of existence between 'a prototype sword' and 'Caliburn': a temporary, fluid state that will eventually solidify into the legend of old upon its interment in the stone. This state is when the sword is at its most powerful, as this is the closest the entity called "Caledfwlch" will ever be to the entity called "Caliburn".
When in use, this single ultra-piercing attack treats enemy endurance as though it were 3 ranks lower (B->E, A->D, etc). The armor piercing effect is such it can only at most, treat a target's END as if it were E, and no lower than that.
Deals additional traumatic damage due to the 'Embed' status condition, a burst of kinetic energy that detonates inside the target to devastating effect, crushing organs and shattering bones, representative of the great force required to thrust a sword into a stone with one go. This is equivalent to a Rank B Noble Phantasm attack that ignores END, as the weapon is already inside the target. This power was apparently greatly magnified in Caliburn, as a mere Traced copy was able to kill Servant Berserker five times with a single thrust.
Once embedded, only a Pendragon can remove the sword from the target, and only at will. As such, if the embedded target weighs less than Uther, there is a 25% chance of picking him up like meat on a barbecue stick and swinging him once into a surface like a wall, floor, etc, for additional Rank C damage. As it is external, END is taken into account. Else, he kicks the enemy off his sword.
For all its glitz and destructive power, the attack naturally has its failings, such as the fact that it is limited to close-range, unlike the typical Holy Sword with their "LAZER BEAMZ". Secondly, unlike a sword that fires LAZER BEAMZ, which are more likely than not, unavoidable, it's still possible to dodge this attack, as it is still just a melee attack, if a brutally powerful and destructive one. It only hurts when it hits.
This is offset by its cheap cost in terms of prana, allowing Uther to use this attack up to five times before having to receive a mana resupply from his Master.

CLASS ABILITIES: //
Magic Resistance: B
Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult to be affected.
Riding: B
Most creatures/vehicles can be rode with above average skill. However, cannot ride those of Demoniac Beast and Holy Beast-rank.
SKILLS: //
Charisma: B
Natural talent to command an army. Suitable for the King of a country. Only comes natural, since he is a king.
Dragon Attribute: A
Association to those of the Dragon Kind. Uther consistently used dragons in his standards and banners throughout his life after seeing a portentous dragon comet, making him the incarnation of a dragon. Being the original Pendragon, he has a higher dragon attribute than his daughter Arturia, who at some point in her life shifted to lions. It is high enough to manifest as a "skill".
The Dragon Attribute protects against any status losses acquired from the first major injury inflicted by the enemy (rank-down for STR from losing an arm, etc), as well as status-lowering 'auras' at Rank B and below. Furthermore, it negates status losses from the accumulation of minor injuries like scratches, bruises, non-amputating cuts, etc. It also raises END by one + modifier.
From the infliction of the second major injury onward, status losses will occur, though protection from auras and light injuries will continue to remain in effect. This does not apply to injuries incurred from anti-dragon weapons such as Gram and Arondight. On the contrary, their attacks are unaffected by the status protection effect. Additionally, they will also automatically lower all his stats by one rank once their distance to him closes to melee range.
Instinct: B
The power to "feel" the most favorable developments for oneself during battle. A refined sixth sense honed by a lifetime on the battlefield. Penalties caused by obstructed vision and hearing are reduced by 20%. Reflexes allow the user to successfully intercept projectiles at a 80% success rate without having to see them, with the exception of attacks originating from ultra long range, or attacks with high AOE. Visible projectiles can easily be deflected.
STRENGTH: // A
ENDURANCE: // A+ (A) (Dragon Attribute boosts his END by one + Modifier)
AGILITY: // B
MANA: // B
LUCK: // C
NOBLE PHANTASM: // A
[/blockquote][/ul]
FACE CLAIM: // Saver, from Character Material
OTHER CHARACTERS: // Luciano Mezzanotte, Kosviel von Einzbern, Lempicialynn Edelfelt, Achilles
MISC. INFORMATION: // Stat distribution based primarily on the Arturia/Kiritsugu team with more of a STR/END build rather than END/AGI, because men tend to be beefier, ranked MANA down by 1 to compensate and rank LUK up by 1. Class ability stats based on Gawain.
Personal skills based on Arturia, with some nerfing and tweaks, such as replacing prana burst with special skill Dragon Attribute. I guess it's just an expansion of all the stuff I've been hearing in the sense that they keep talking about it, but nobody really knows what it does. Used in this context, I guess it's akin to something like protective dragon scales.
Oh, and one more thing...[/ul]
