INFORMATION:
Noah von Einzbern is the first attempt of the Einzbern magus Paul to create an homunculus. Paul was quite intensive in his preparations to coin the alchemical creature, but such was his zeal in getting rid of the bodily imperfections and improving the health of his would be creation, he neglected important aspects of the mental development homunculus are supposed to have. As such, after months, prana and resources spent, Noah was born in a catatonic, barely conscious state and unable to even move her own body correctly.
Any other more callous Alchemist would have discarded this physically appealing yet mentally wrecked reject, but Paul couldn't feel but be trapped in sentimentalism and attachment of his creation, so he chose to keep her. For over ten years, Noah was under Paul's patient care, while he struggled to improve her intellect to a bearable level.
While hardly a total sucess, Paul managed to atleast make Noah's brain develop at the same time rate as that of a human, making her a ten year old in all but body. He also managed to find a very limited use by teaching her menial tasks like cleaning (which does more or less well) and cooking (which is poisonous). It is safe to say that despite her clumsiness and imperfection, Paul is somewhat proud and protective of his own creation, and that having Noah around is a welcome distraction when Paul wants to indulge in his laid back behaviour.
Noah harbours a deep respect and affect for her master, considering himself a father of sorts and obediently follows him as best as she can, even if her somewhat childish nature makes her misinterpret orders or outright loiter and sulk. She treats other people with a marked innocence, in a what could be considered a rather colourful display of personality in an homunculus (in no small part due to her condition). As such, she can be tricked and deceived quite easily.
Noah, being an Einzbern homunculus, is a high-quality magic Crest given human form, and while being inferior to the Justica model (herself being a heavily modified template of one of the maid templates) she still harbours an exceptional amount. She has 50 Circuits with a quality of 15PrC, for a total of 750 Pr.
Noah is largery unaware of her magical potential due to her limited intellect, which makes her more a target than an unwitting Magus. Anyone greedy for prana and without many qualms would see in her the perfect target for an easily acquired prana battery to fuel the war effort. Furthermore, her composition is close to the Justica model more than anything in this world, so that would make also her the first target in case someone wishes to create another makeshift Grail.
SPECIAL ABILITES:
While Noah for the most part lacks the mental requirements to accomplish magecraft, there is one spell she adquired from her master due to a combination of childish innocence, eagerness to learn new things, and being afraid of herself getting hurt or her own master getting hurt.

Effect: A healing spell that may be applied for both external and internal wounds (provided an scan was made) . It is a two word spell and can heal up a single target. Healing needs 30 seconds to perform its full effect.
The Einzberns have some elemental magic directed at increasing the survival of their patients, and this is no exception. The spell is also notorius for being able to overcome a Magus natural passive resistance, but with five times the effort made with a normal target.
