- Celestina is emotionally unpolished, but this allows her to see things from a more distanced point of view. She has very sharp eyes and always has a careful look on her surroundings and the body language of others, even during combat. This allows her alongside a high ammount of training to prepare a set of procedures at all times and act much faster, than someone who would just be reacting. Especially during her fencing lessons this allows her to strike at areas before the opponent even considers to do it on his/her own. It's difficult to surprise her.

- Fierce and headstrong. She always has her head held high, walking with graze and seems unapproachable and strong. This also gives her some kind of Madonna image, making others believe that Celes is able to do just everything.Next to having a very good image it also comes down as a curse, not allowing herself to act outside of others expectations and eventually step into the field extraordinaire. This also leads to a supposedly unintelligent approach of facing a servant head on, despite the unfathomable outcome. Nonetheless... she would not be arrogant enough to assume herself having much of a chance and would only consider that a temporary action.

- As much as the older girl might be cold and distanced, it does not mean that she has no emotions and although the group of people she would call to her inner circle is rather limited, because of her very own, high AND VERY personal standards, she shows signs of extreme jealousy and has an awkward way of expressing her affection. Celes would appear more like a bully than lover, and her lack of experience in socializing with others just increases this issue.

Celestina is fairly high advanced in magic, despite her young age and quite a power horse. Adding her analytic and cool headed behavior even in the most heated of conflicts and expertise in fencing a rather deadly combatant. Her extra trait of sealing powers of summons almost naturally is also extremely dangerous. She is furthermore fairly stylish and elegant, also able to show a good level of skill while playing the piano, she had learned since her childhood.

She had lead a very sheltered life and does not know too much about people's emotions other than something required to analyze their thread level and eventual actions. The why and how to interact with them on a more intimitate level is outside of her abilities. Celes only acts friendly and yet distanced to everyone around her. She is also actually quite stubborn, partly sadistic and her entire life is dictated by her pride and that of her family codex, to an extent where she cannot stand to be in someone's debt. Furthermore is she like a noble coming straight at a target, rather than developing cunning plans and also tends to underestimate an opponent as long as she has not met them or carries accurate information, even if she is not as bad in her sheer arrogance as most other Barthomeloi. Fair Play, as some might call it might also be a handicap in a magus battle.

MY FAMILY LINE: //[/color]
The Arakawa family had been active since the earliest times of the Imperial Court in Japan and worked in the shadows as Onmyouji to seal evil entities away, but their arrogant, secretive ways did not offer them any place in the spotlight and their power diminished over the years. Especially when Japan began to move away from their beliefs in magic and opened their boarders to the West. But this was not the end for the family. Quite on the opposite. They changed their occupation and joined the rows of the Demon Hunters, but unlike others they were never too skilled in the Arts of Hunting, rather than playing a supporting role. Not able to withstand the temptation they secretly kidnapped people, suitable to reinforce the strength of their own weakening blood line to rival the tougher Demon Hunter families and also changed their entire path of behavior to the worse.
They evolved their Art of just Sealing to seal evil creatures within a human body to enhance the own abilities and turn themselves into so called demons, and their successors thus carrying demon blood within their veigns. Although they had achieved their goal of gaining more power, their influence changed little and they in a later stage were even hunted down by their peers, while the descendents continued with their strive for power, kidnapping, raping or trying to get into other families by leaving their homeland to escape the grasp of hunters. They managed to develop many unorthodox means of combat, using the strength of the supernatural, combining it with demon hunting methods, sealing and using everything available to the uttermost. They never managed to gain more than the average amount of circuits, nor were they of especially high quality, but the efficiency of their use could make people believe that they were far more powerful and 100s of years later they finally found a way to also get rid of that deficiency. But the family came to an end, as most of the clan was wiped out in the Fifth Grail War during an entire catastrophe, which destroyed an entire city and the last successor swindled his way into the wrong family.... the Barthomeloi.
The Barthomeloi, while certainly one of the most influential families in the history of magic, they keep they are as secretive as any other magus family, while being more capable of really keeping it within their Noble Rows. They managed to bring out many important personalities over the years and always kept standing on the top of the organization known the Mage's Association, which they joined during the construction of their headquarters, the Clock Tower in London, England. The actual age is unknown, but their Blue Blood is just a name for the high number and quality of their magical circuits, giving them high power, despite just using orthodox means and specializing in Wind Elemental Spells, hardly changing their routine.
Especially the current family head Lorelei Barthomeloi is known for her surprising amount of strength and will, but also bringing herself into more danger, than someone would deem necessary.It was a great blow to the family when Lorelei, disregarding the low family status of her future to be husband, only concerned with a suitably powerful successor, got into a relationship with a commoner and even worse a Half-Japanese, who are still seen to be lowlives in the clock tower. He had never been her equal, but finding out his actual motivation of using HER for power, rather than accepting his great role in playing a necessary part in assuring the further existance of the Noble Barthomeloi family, resulted in his death by Lorelei's hands and all information concerning his involvement with her, his very existance was removed from the World.

Although mother had been a master example of a magus and followed all rules, she was still a human with emotions and was more interested in actual strength and guts, than sheer status, albeit it was also fairly uncommon to see a nobody with power and got into contact with a fairly interesting, young man. Despite the good relations to the Archibald family she was not interested in an entirely diplomatic unison and preferred the front line in regards to the production of a successor.
Coming into an age, where the voices surrounding her got too loud to ignore them any longer, she just brought it over with, making her very first and also only mistake in her life so far, despite still not seeing it as such. Maybe she really was in love. I was born and hidden away, only few aware of my existance, trained personally by my mother and father and personal tutors as a Jane Doe in the mansion's basement. I never had expected his betrayal and was honestly surprised when he tried to get me out of the house. Only later, I heard the full story and developed a strong hatred for him, his kind and also this slight taint in my genes. Maybe I myself am also a taint on my mother's image, but she never seemed to see it as such.
Despite my incomplete training, the grail war was coming in too fast and I was chosen to participate. Well aware that some just wish to get rid of me, others seem to see in it a good way to prove my worth for the family and finally allow me to get acknowledged. Seeing more harm, than reason to let me join under my rightful name, I was given a cover identity to join this pointless war as a transfer student.

The grail war as well as the grail are totally uninteresting. Actively participating would automatically also mean to win in the end, but for what ? Even supporting another magus in the hunt for the grail would not diminish the reputation or hurt one's pride. Seeing to a better outcome than the last grail war, the only interesting thing is to show the extent of her power and get officially accepted. It is either to fail and vanish in the darkness as someone who had never existed or becoming the official successor, allowed to carry the name. Failure is not an option. For the honor of the family and the own future.

She uses this advantage to keep a high standard in school, a combination of good looks, intellect and physical fitness. She is as such a fast learner and already carries the basic attributes for a great magus in terms of learning and the will to improve, even to just keep up a good image.
Kempo-Advanced Self Defense and Fencing - Although primarily a magus, she had always held high interest in the use of knives and swords and actively participates in Western Fencing, but as she can hardly carry a sword around at all times, she improved her skills in using knives to defend herself and also kill a target fast and painless, combining it with her magical powers. And also has enough training to defend against attacks of those weapons armed, as well as unarmed.
Connection to the Gods - An expertise that sounds more flashy than it actually is. The Arakawa family had begun as a Shintoist family of Onmyouji and specialized in sealing evil ghosts, 'demons' and calm the 'Japanese' gods. Although they went crazy with their thirst for power and tainted their once so 'clean' family by using sealed entities to increase their own powers by letting themselves get even possessed in the end. They still continued to hold unto their abilities to seal power away and later enhanced it by partly using it for their own power increase to fight evil creatures on even ground. It allows to have a very high resistance against magic, and also weakens all creatures that do not belong to this world, like any kind of familiar, while using part of their power for themselves.

Able to use the eyes for an area effect spell, rather than an extremely long enchanting. Similar to a holy protection, which grants the user an increased protection against enemy spells and enchantements while able to banish weaker familiars instantly and intermediate ones with a direct look at them. Also Servants suffer through this due to their nature, enough to have one of their stats lowered by one. The energy can also be used by the user of the magic, improving one of her stats to servant level: E and is as such a higher advanced form of Physical Strengthening/Body Reinforcement. The negative side is that the body shows signs of demonification during the enhancement and the prana use also increased up to 30, while another negative side is the incredible strain on the human body, which is obviously higher than regular reinforcement.
As a master and the link between servant and master, the positive affect can also be given to the own servant. This also removes most of the handicaps, yet still under even higher prana usage of 40. Theoretically the energy of the own servant could be stolen as well, but this would be apparently quite useless.
The eyes came into existence because of her Onmyouji heritage and the strong Barthomeloi blood flowing through her veins. They are the physical embodiment of her 'Connection to the Gods' Specialty.

Prana is used to manipulate the atmosphere into a vacuum that can julienne a target quite effectively in a barrage of 'sharp' gusts capable of cutting through kevlar, leather, wood, and most 'light' materials. Each barrage consists of 7 gusts, costing 2 Pr each. During the initial casting, it's possible to contribute an additional 4 Pr to the spell, which will cycle the air and allow the user to cast it again in a single action manner. The result is a quicker follow-up of barrages that can potentially end up with a target shredded to bits, assuming the caster has enough prana to keep up the attack.
A three-line spell that is taught at intermediate levels, older families with this in their Crests have stabilized it to the level of One-Liner.
Razor Gale is frequently attributed to the Barthomeloi, though there are several other families who claim to be responsible for its creation. The fact that the Barthomeloi neither confirm nor deny these allegations makes the other claimants more confident in their insistence that they invented it. Unsurprisingly, however, the heads of these families tend to end up being assigned to some of the most demeaning positions in Clock Tower, such as Director for the Department of Familiar Registry, or Vice Director for the Department of Sanitation.
Celestina primary means of attack and loves to combine it with sword slashes or knive slashes, to make it appear as if the weapon itself cuts through the air.
Perunic (Wind/Lightning)

1 Megawatt lightning twister. Conjures up a miniature vortex with a highly unstable core that randomly generates lightning bolts at up to 1 megawatt of power. The tornado is mobile, but remains pinned to a center of force, limiting its movement to a radius of 5m. This puts it off more as a defensive measure, a powerful deterrent to keep enemies at bay. The spell is designed to last for approximately two minutes, more than enough time for its user to finish casting a ten-count incantation.
A three-verse spell, Perunic is taught at the end of undergraduate courses. The older families that have stabilized this in their Crests have cut the casting by two lines.
Peruni?, literally "Son of Perun" after the Slavic god of thunder, was developed by in the 11th century by a Serbian noble named Daro Nemanjic, a prodigy in Lightning Magecraft. His theories and studies leaked into the Sea of Estray and found its way into Clock Tower. One of his direct descendants, born from the lineage of his second-born son, was a certain Serbian Knight by the name of Pavle Orlovi?. Originally a spell that dictated the machinations of a lightning storm, Peruni? was altered into its present form by the Barthomeloi, after having deemed it too inefficient for practical usage.
Railgun (Wind/Lightning[Magnetism])

It creates an electromagnetic field around the user to control metallic objects nearby, allow a more or less precise floating of targets, have them circle around and or throw them away, while also serving as a good means for defense. Unlike most other spells, it is necessary to control the flow of prana very precisely, even after the spell has been activated and could in bad use actually hurt the user. Furthermore are only objects up to 2 kg affected. The spell power can be increased, sacrificing duration for acceleration purposes or in order to lift even heavier objects. 5 seconds for every kilo. The spell allows to wield up to 5 x 2kg objects at 10km/h and the field can be active for 1 minute before having to recast it.
The ultimate form on the other hand uses all of it to increase the speed of a small object to supersonic speed, and is the namegiver. A magically enhanced project at high speed and very high destruction for long range, while consuming a lot of prana and some longer charging time, even after the incantation, than most other spells. The spell still can be fired at any time, after the charging process is complete, thus allowing a change of fire direction at any time before the projectile leaves the hand of the user. Like in the other cases speed can be sacrificed for size, albeit the maximum weight not able to have a mass over 500 kg. Celestina's very own creation. While the basic begin can be cut short to 1 line, the full version has 3 lines plus a charging time that is long enough to suffice for yet another line.
Raging Storm (Wind)

An altered form of the Spell Tempest, which is a multitude of atmospheric distortions caused by focused prana. The result is a powerful and oppressive attack consisting of between six and a dozen miniature tornadoes, each with a cutting edge that can slice through steel like a hot knife through butter. After casting, it is possible to direct the paths of the twisters, allowing for superior tactical flexibility. The tornadoes dissipate in 15 seconds.A four-verse spell that only the most elite wind magi are capable of effectively handling. So far, only the Barthomeloi have been able to fully master this spell. Stabilized versions in most Crests have cut it down to three verses, while it is said that the Barthomeloi are capable of casting it at a much faster rate. Its origins are shrouded in mystery, as its past is tied with that of the Barthomeloi. All that is known aside from its devastating power, is that it has been part of that legendary bloodline's repertoire since the earliest historical records.
The Raging Storm is an abbreviated form, using the entire power of a twister in one brief wind explosion right around her in a circular fashion that rips everything apart just like the tempest. Although not as destructive as the Original Tempest, it allows to be activated with just one word and a specific hand movement. This wonderfully displays that the Barthomeloi indeed are very capable in their use of this spell. Due to the sudden eruptive force of the magic spell, it consumes a huge amount of prana, unfortunately and is the only real downside, next to a very limited range. The spell is otherwise identical to the Tempest Spell.
