- Due to large number of broken promises in his past, he finds it difficult to move forward. This is mainly because although the victim doesn't find the promise as such a big deal, Shiki does. This is due to his father always telling him not to break promises, or else he cannot be considered any better than a dog. Accepting this, he still cannot move on, and is in a constant state of depression due to it.

- Despite his constantly depressed state, he tries to mold in many things into his list of talents, which he succeeds in, in most cases. Whenever someone asks for a date or delivery, he tries to set up to set up a good time for it, and will try to get the job done. This is due to him making sure not to break promises and the like, as well as the fact that he works as a factory worker, and his boss doesn't mind him performing those tasks, as he shares the same ideal's with Shiki's dad.

- Despite him being a high school drop-out, he is indeed intelligent, and was only kicked out due to a fight, him being the perpetrator. As such, he can understand things relatively quickly, although it might take a couple more lessons for the more troubling stuff, showing that although he is smart, he still needs time.

- His own sense of danger is rather...large to say. He will be thinking of all possible situations, and is the type of person to avoid taking a leap of faith. Why? Because he does not want to risk losing ever again.

Being a more modern day person, Shiki prefers using actual technology. He uses martial arts and gunmanship, as well as knife work. To say the least, magic would takes a more support role in comparison to his physical skills.

To put it simply, his main weakness is himself. He can't stand the idea that he failed his family's idea of what it means to be a human. As a result, his constantly depressed mind makes his fighting more sluggish, and reminding him of what's it like to live his life makes this event even more prominent.

MY FAMILY LINE: //[/color] Is there anything to say for the Hiiragi family? None at all. Just a dying line of magus. Shiki has no knowledge of magic, leaving him with meager skills and his own street fight knowledge. The fact that he even has Magic Circuits means he was lucky, compared to all those around him who don't have any present in their body.
MY HISTORY: //[/color]
As a child, Shiki made numerous of promises. So many, it wasn't even funny. Of course, it was the small thing, like "I will get a 100% on the math test tomorrow" or "I will win the race!". However, so many of these promises have been broken, and in the words of his father "Anyone who feels no remorse for the things they have destroyed can't be a human." His parents, friends, and company all thought of his broken promises as small things, but to Shiki, he feels that because those were the only types of promises he made, he can't be a human. It was difficult to stomach such a thought, and because of his mentally depressed state, he dropped out of school. More like expelled, since he ended up in a fight with the boxing team captain, breaking the captain's jaw and wrists. As such, he was kicked out of home as well, although his father, who had Shiki fight him with real katanas monthly, asked for one more duel, which Shiki won.
The duels were usually held in a personal dojo built on the right side of the house Shiki stayed in. His little sister and mother was present to witness the fight, and the fight commenced. His father, being athletic for his age, came at Shiki with everything he got, but Shiki, with years of fighting the same opponent, as well as a developed sense of combat, easily disarmed his father in five minutes. With the victory granted and done, his father gave Shiki the katana that was considered an heirloom to the family, as a way of saying "Good luck."
Now, he lives in a small apartment with little to no furniture, just a kitchen, tools, a desk, a television, and a small bed, and gets his paycheck by working in a factory about 30 hours a week and participating in street fight tournaments, winning about $500 for each tournament. During his work hours, he also makes sure to keep even the smallest of promises, just to make sure he will no longer regret anything. He is currently in vacation at Lucca.
MY GOALS: //[/color] To redeem himself of his many promises, to find what it means to be truly "human". Finding that answer is what he wants the most. To finally cease to exist.

- He is talented in marksmanship, which shows in the fighting style he portrays as a gunslinger. His personal record is a through the bulls eye from 5 yards away with a hand gun.
- As he is fleet footed, he is capable of moving around the enemy's point of view and sometimes avoid their line of sight. This means that he is flexible in his movement, and his specialty is being able to pivot sideways and use that as a starting point for a dash. He is relatively fast as well, his mile time being comparable to someone who does cross-country as a sport.
- He is also a martial artist, capable in the art of basic sword and knife work. His main specialty is with the sword, although its a style that was developed during years of raw combat rather than a traditional martial art such as kendo. He uses a knife in a similar fashion as with the sword, and he has very basic knowledge of Savate.

MISC. INFORMATION: //[/color] What is there to say? Well, I am more familiar with Tsukihime and Kara no Kyoukai then I am with Fate/Stay Night, so my character will reflect that. He is pretty much the same as Souichiro Kuzuki with enough Magic Circuits to support a Servant.
