- Cocky
- An obvious trait (Well, one of them) in Zack's personality is that he is extremely self-confident. Almost nothing can break his confidence, whether they be insults or mere wounds or insults. He will mostly laugh off every insult you say to him. In his mind, there is nothing that he cannot do and that it will be him who will win every battle. However, that does not mean he will overestimate his own skills, and will usually back off when he has no chance of winning, or when he already has achieved his own objectives.
- Slacker
- Yes, an enforcer who is a total slacker. Zack will find every way or means to shrink down his schedule and thus evade his work, even if he loves it and takes his job with pride. He procrastinates until he is eventually forced to do the job, and when he does the job, he does it almost perfectly. Zack might be a first-rate slacker, but this first-rate slacker is an extremely good worker when he applies himself to it (aka being forced) or when the job really interests him.
- Cynical
- This is but a minor trait people will see in Zack when he is in a foul mood, or even then when he is a little ticked off. He is sarcastic, he loves to use words to express his distaste of modern people and of what situations he is in. He is skeptical and will sometimes see the world through jaded glasses. What he sees of people are just a bunch of idiots who think they own the world like they own their own underwear.

- Relaxed. That's the word that describes Zack the most along with his cockiness. Zack is an easygoing person who always talks casually to people. He is not one to hurry things up, as he goes to his very own rhythm during everyday tasks. He is extremely relaxed and it shows in the way he talks, the way he walks and even in his posture.

- When Zack takes a job that interests him or when he forced to do it due to his laziness, in his mind he must do it perfectly. MY FAMILY LINE: //[/color]
The Smith family line was can be traced back to the early middle ages, which means around thirteen centuries ago under another name that is now erased from the family's database. Now under its 26th generation with Zack Smith, this family specialized itself with lightning spells.
Most of the family members are gifted with excellent prana reserves, and it was with the latest head of the Smiths that their prana capacity increased to around four hundreds with twenty circuits with around twenty prana per circuit for quality.
The Smiths, other than being specialized in lightning, were known for being extremely fast on their feet, and were more based on quick and non-lasting fights since their sixth generation with the creation of 'The Living Taser'.
MY HISTORY: //[/color]
Born in America, Zack Smith is the oldest child of a family of four children. During his youth, Zack was known for being a troublemaker; he had a love for traps and pranks, and was extremely obnoxious. He received the family's crest and began studying the basics of magecraft at around six years old when he learned to properly write and read. In short, he had a traditionnal magus childhood until he was passed the crest by his father, and then moved to London to join the Clock Tower to further increase his studies.
As the years passed by, Zack grew up, learned more magecraft, gained knowledge and started to climb up the ranks with ease, even if it would have taken much more time for one as lazy as he was. Zack was driven to his goal of being a high-ranked magus, only because the title of 'Grand' was extremely appealing to him. Thus, over the years Zack made connections with other magi. He lived most of the time in the library to study, and during his free time he practised his spells and techniques as a magus. It has taken a long time before Zack climbed from the lowest rank to being a Grand, and that was at that moment that he decided to join and secure himself in the ranks of
He has gained knowledge of the Holy Grail War five years ago, and has since studied on it, taking note of every single detail related to it. Around a few months ago, Zack was sent to Lucca to take care of disturbances that might happen during the war, may it be monsters or idiot magi that decide to show off their magecraft. He was not supposed to summon a Servant, and yet he did it anyway out of pure boredom.
MY GOALS: //[/color] Observe and do the job he was assigned to. He has no need for the Grail's wish, the only reason he summoned a Servant was because he was bored, and maybe because having a Servant might help him observe.

Electro-Magnetic Rod
This is Zack's weapon of preference. Where some magi use swords or whips, Zack uses the Electro-Magnetic Rod, which is literally a nightstick that is used as an electro-shock baton. The shocking effect of the Electro-Magnetic Rod is activated once Zack presses a button on the hilt of the nightstick. It is able to parry strengthened weapons or reinforced objects with ease, and it is also shrinkable and extendable manually, along with having a strap so Zack can let go of the weapon and do something else with his two hands. The reason why it can stand to strengthened weapons was because the baton itself was reinforced via alchemy.
Dunussin
The name is pronounced 'Do Nothing', and it explains the effects of this pair of goggles Zack wears. They do nothing. Nothing. No HUD, no binocular effect, no thermal vision, nothing. Although they can be used to avoid having dust in the eyes when driving a motorcycle or whatever. They're also very cool and can act as shades. But, don't forget: Even if the goggles are broken, Zack always has a spare. Always.
Cellphone and a laptop
Exactly what it means. Zack owns a cellphone and a laptop out of pure necessity. Unlike most magi who look down on using the likes of a cellphone or a laptop, Zack, being a lightning magus, is perfectly fine with using those. However, the cellphone and the laptop are only used for working purposes or for research.
Aprilia
A really, really old bike from the beginning of the 21st century, from around 17 years ago. At least that was it looks like. It's actually a brand new bike created four years ago that was made to look like the Aprilia RSV4. Capable of more speed than its predecessor and with the capacity of doing more than what an old bike can do, it is mainly used to travel around, and to look cool while driving it. It is also modified to suit Zack's needs. Usage of Dunussin is extremely important when driving this Aprilia, or else one would have dust in the eyes.

Shock baton and hand-to-hand fighting
Zack trained himself in close-combat so he could have the advantage over many adversaries; his fighting style is unorthodox, meant to surprise the opponent. Combined with his Living Taser schtick, he is considered extremely devastating and fast. He has also taught himself how to fight with a baton, a shocking baton to be more precise when he needs to fight without using prana.
Driving
Zack is an extremely good driver, capable of driving either cars or motorcycles with ease. He just loves riding bikes more.
Technology
He isn't an expert, nor does he use this daily, but Zack is perfectly fine with using technology for his job, whether it be cellphones, televisions, laptops or any other things like it.
MAGIC CIRCUITS: //[/color] Coming from an old family, and from being gifted from birth, Zack Smith possesses twenty magic circuits with a quality of 18.75 prana per circuit, meaning that he holds a total of 375 prana.

Bolt (Lightning)

Range: 15m
Effect: Bolt uses prana to alter the atmosphere in an area, making it highly conductive. The user can then zap a target with an electrical bolt equivalent to being hit by a fifty kilowatt high-voltage cable. Wind magi tend to jokingly refer to it as 'Generic Lightning Bolt'.
A one-line spell common to most wind magi with lightning affinity. Some older families have stabilized it to the level of Single Action in their Crests.
This spell has a checkered background, and it is believed to have simultaneously originated in different countries around the world within a specific time period, much like gunpowder. That hasn't stopped some very ancient families from continuously claiming the credit for developing it.
Chain Lightning (Lightning)

Range: 37m
Effect: A specialized form of lightning bolt that remains excited after the first strike. Charged with prana, it jumps to another target after hitting its first target. The number of jumps is determined by the amount of prana invested in the spell; each jump costs an additional 6 Pr. Hence, Chain Lightning can hit up to 5 targets in one casting, assuming that each target is within 10m of the last. The damage is comparable to 250 kilowatts for each jump.
A two-verse spell that is taught at the more advanced levels, older families with this in their Crests have stabilized it to the level of Four-Liner. Affinity to Lightning improves the spell's destructive power.
Chain Lightning originated in France. Though there are many lectures about its expansive history, how its predecessor spell migrated from the Balkans to mutate into its present form in the province of Champagne, nobody really seems to care, as long as it can be used to zap multiple people with a single casting.
The Living Taser (Lightning/Strengthening)

Effect: The specialized reinforcement spell created by the Smith family during their sixth generation. This full-body reinforcement spell increase all relevant factors of the user's body, speed, reaction time and reflex sensitivity to another level most users of reinforcement spells (i.e Combat Reinforcement, Adrenaline Rush, Battle Reinforce) cannot reach. This spell sacrifices the increased hardness and durability of the reinforcement spell used by most enforcers for what was listed before, allowing the user to be some kind of a fragile speedster.
Furthermore, what gave it the name of Living Taser was that once it was activated, the user's body immediately becomes surrounded by an external layer of electricity, making his or her body extremely dangerous to those who touches him or her, transforming the user's body in what is commonly called a living taser, zapping anything that touches the user. That external layer will always maintain a distance of one centimeter from the user's body, and will go through any substance (i.e walls, bodies) like it was never there. This part, however, needs control and to maintain this external layer of electricity, the user must pay an upkeep of 5Pr per minute and really good concentration, or else it would disappear.
This spell was formely called 'Speed Reinforcement: Lightning' because of its effects. It has been renamed by Zack Smith once he fully mastered this spell, giving birth to his nickname. Originally a seven-line, due to specialization and due to being ingrained in the crest, 'The Living Taser' is now a two-line spell.
It has a maximum time limit of ten minutes, and for every minute spent while using 'The Living Taser' the user must use two more prana, to a total of 70 Pr if the user activates the external layer.
Ball Lightning (Lightning)

Range: 20-110m (The explosion of 'Ball Lightning' is included in the range; the range of the ball can go up to 10m-100m)
Effect: Named after the natural phenomenon called 'Ball Lightning', this is an offensive lightning spell created by the Smith family during its eighth generation.
It forms a baseball-sized sphere of pure lightning ten meters away from the user and that is easily manipulable: It can go upward, downward, in diagonal, forward and even backward, as long as the user maintains his concentration on the ball. The Ball Lightning is extremely fast, and insists on using extremely precise coordination to move; it is not as fast as one would teleport, but being lightning, it can travel up to a few meters per second.
This ball is not to be underestimated. It is extremely violent and zaps with damage comparable to 210 kilowatt for such a little thing. The ball lightning also has the possibility to explode wildly, making it expend at a high velocity on a five meters radius if control of the ball is lost, making it very dangerous to those who cast this spell.
The Smith family ingrained this spell into their crest and stabilized it into a two-verse.
Reverse Bolt Trap (Lightning)

Range: 1-15m
Effect: The user places a trap on the ground. Once the trap is installed, anything that walks on the prana-infused area will immediately get zapped the the classic Bolt spell, but instead of having the lightning come from above, it immediately comes from the trap itself; lightning comes from the ground and goes upward, only to stop after hitting a hard ceiling or going to far in the sky.
This spell was stabilized from being a three-line to a one-line spell in certain magi's crests. The user of 'Reverse Bolt Trap' can place as many traps as they want, up to a total of seven. Those seven traps are placed until they are tripped, and once one is gone Zack can immediately place another one five seconds after it is triggered.
